Small business IT · Wake Forest, NC and the Triangle
Big-company IT for small businesses.
Email, files, security, backup and remote work, set up the way large companies do it, for businesses of 5 to 50 people.
Fixed prices. No monthly contract. You own everything I build.
The first conversation is free, by phone or video call.
What changes for your business
Your team works from anywhere, securely
The same files and programs at home or on the road, on any approved device.
Every laptop and phone is protected
Company devices set up properly, kept up to date, and wiped remotely if one is lost.
Much harder to hack
A stolen password alone no longer opens your email, and scam emails are stopped before anyone clicks.
You never lose a file
Email and files backed up, with a real restore done to prove it works.
The right people get the right access
Access set up the day someone starts and removed the day they leave.
Office and cloud work as one
The old server in the closet retired, or connected properly to the cloud.
A foundation built once, done right
Secure from the start, so adding people or a second office is routine.
Routine IT runs itself
New starters, updates and checks handled automatically. No more firefighting.
Your team learns to run it
I train your people, so you are not dependent on me, or anyone, forever.
For the technically minded: Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and identity provisioning across cloud and on-premises, Defender, desktop virtualization (Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365, cloud-native or hybrid), Azure Arc for on-premises servers, and Azure landing zones. The same tools I use for enterprise clients. Enterprise & Azure work
How I work
- A free conversation. You describe the problem in your own words. No jargon needed.
- A plan and a fixed price. In writing, before any work starts. The price does not change unless you change what you ask for.
- I build it. On site or remotely, tested with your team before anyone depends on it.
- I hand it over and train your team. Written steps for the everyday jobs, and the passwords, settings and documents in your hands.
- You own it. No retainer, no monthly contract, nothing to cancel.
"Who do I call when something breaks?"
First, your own team: they have been trained, and they have the written steps.
Then me. Not every problem is a big one, and many take a few minutes on the phone. Everything I build includes the monitoring and logs to trace an issue quickly, so finding the cause does not turn into hours of guesswork. I do not want you to hesitate to call because you are worried about the bill: a quick question does not start one.
If something does need real work, and you decide it is worth doing, it is billed by the hour, with no minimum and no contract.
And because everything is yours, written down and set up the standard way, any IT professional can pick it up. That is the point.
What it costs
One-time, fixed-price projects. No per-person monthly fee, no long contract. Still at 2025 prices, even though the cost of IT services has gone up every year since.
