Privacy
Last updated October 17, 2026
The short version: what you type is used once to prepare your recommendation and is then gone. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and shows no ads.
What you describe in the advisor
When you ask for a recommendation, your description is sent over an encrypted connection to this site's own service, which matches it against prepared answers and replies. Your description is not stored, not logged and not used for anything else. It is not sent to an AI model or to any other company.
For each request, the service records only a random request number and the topics that matched, such as "Azure landing zone". That record contains nothing you wrote.
Cookies, tracking and storage
None. This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
If you email me
If you use the email button, your own email program sends the message, including any recommendation text you choose to keep in it. I receive it at ed@edthefixer.com and use it only to reply to you and to discuss the work. I do not sell or share it. Ask, and I will delete our correspondence.
Hosting
This site is hosted by Microsoft on Azure in the United States. Like any web host, Microsoft processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the pages, under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Links to other sites
The search box sends your search to Bing in a new tab, and the "Microsoft Learn" links open Microsoft's documentation. Those are Microsoft's sites, covered by Microsoft's privacy statement, not this page.
